Prices
All prices and charges are quoted in Australian dollars.

Backorders
We do our best to ensure availability of products listed on our site. In the unusual event of a temporary out of stock situation, for Australian orders we will ship the available portion of your order and ship the balance when it becomes available. You will only pay for shipping once. For International orders we will wait until your order is complete before shipping.

Discontinued Products
Again we do our best to keep all product listed on our site current. In the event however of a product being no longer available from the supplier we will contact you and either not process any payment or issue a full refund for that item.

Product Returns
You may return any item, with the exception of books, in its original condition (not cut, washed or dyed) for a refund or credit to your account within 14 days of you receiving your order. Return shipping charges should be prepaid and any refund of shipping charges will only be on the basis of the return being due to our error. The original invoice or a copy must accompany all returns. After a return has been received, it will take up to five business days to process. If payment was by credit card a refund will be credited to your account. If payment was by cheque or money order, a refund cheque will be posted to you.

Shipping Time
All orders will be dispatched within 28 days of receiving the order. Our normal service standard is to ship within a week of receiving the order (once funds have cleared). This standard does not apply to sales items.

For international customers (any country outside Australia), in an effort to keep your costs down, international freight charges will be calculated when we process and weigh the order and then added, at cost, to your total invoice and billed to your credit card.
